Turnaround Times:
Flyers, Logos & Social Media Posts: 24 – 48 hours.
Promotional Posters: 1 – 3 business days.
Simple Website Design: 5 – 7 business days.
Express/Urgent delivery options are available upon request.
Returns
Due to the custom digital nature of creative design services, physical returns do not apply. However, we ensure customer satisfaction through our revision process:
Every project includes up to 2 free rounds of revisions/adjustments to ensure the final design meets your exact expectations.
Additional major revisions or complete layout redesigns requested after final approval may incur extra charges.
Refunds
Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if you cancel your order before initial draft design work has started.
In-Progress Work: Once draft concepts have been created and delivered for review, deposits/payments become non-refundable as design labor has already been performed.
Final Delivery: No refunds are issued once final high-resolution design files or website assets have been delivered to you.
